There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Menu Selections:

We have several different delicious menu options for you and your family to enjoy on our dinner cruise. Adults ages 13 and over may choose the Standard Menu (choice of four entrees) or the Upgraded Menu. Children ages 3-12 may choose the Standard Menu or the Child Menu Option (choice of three entrees). Entree choices must be made on the Order Form. There is no option to change your menu choices once on the vessel.

For adult tickets, please order either Standard Menu or Upgraded Menu and specify the entree option where requested on the Order Form.

For child tickets, please order either Standard Menu or Child Menu Option and specify the entree option on the order form. The Standard Menu and the Children's Option are the same price for children ages 3-12.

Upgraded Menu Entrees (ages 13 and over):

--Is the riverboat handicap accessible?
Yes. Our riverboats and dock are ADA compliant and handicap accessible.

--Are any additional refreshments available?
Yes. Cocktails can be purchased onboard on a cash basis.

--What is the dress attire?
We recommend dressy-casual attire. Jackets and ties are not required, but we request that you do not wear tank tops or cutoffs.

--What will we see on the cruise?
You will see unbelievable views of the Gateway Arch and the skyline of St. Louis! The cruise usually sails both north and south. This is subject to change depending upon the captain, barge traffic, and river conditions.
